We do not manufacture, store, or own products listed by vendors unless explicitly stated.
Vendors are responsible for:

Pricing and availability
Order fulfillment
All orders placed through ZaQoota are subject to availability and vendor acceptance
Prices, delivery charges, and taxes are displayed before checkout
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways
ZaQoota does not store full payment card details
Order cancellations are subject to the Cancellation Policy
Refunds are handled according to the Refund Policy
Policies may vary by module and vendor
ZaQoota reserves the right to make the final decision in dispute cases.
Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to external factors
Location access is required for delivery and tracking features
Users are responsible for providing accurate delivery details
ZaQoota is not liable for delays caused by incorrect information or uncontrollable circumstances.
Pharmacy services are provided by licensed third-party pharmacies
Users are responsible for providing valid prescriptions when required
ZaQoota does not provide medical advice

Abuse the platform, vendors, or delivery partners
Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
Misuse promotions, referrals, or refunds

Vendors agree to:
Provide accurate product descriptions
Fulfill orders responsibly and on time
Comply with local laws and regulations
Handle customer issues professionally
ZaQoota may suspend vendors violating platform standards.
All content on ZaQoota, including:
Logos
Trademarks
App design
Text and graphics
are the intellectual property of ZaQoota and may not be used without permission.
ZaQoota shall not be liable for:
Vendor product quality issues
Indirect or consequential damages
Losses caused by third-party services
Delays beyond reasonable control
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
ZaQoota reserves the right to:
Suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice
Restrict access in case of policy violations, fraud, or abuse
ZaQoota may:
Update features
Add or remove modules
Modify pricing or policies
at any time without prior notice.
Your use of ZaQoota is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is collected and protected.
